Thank you for the articles. This one is especially encouraging. Wow! No outside intervention other than eat less, do more. What a concept! Hopefully one I can take to heart.
Can you imagine having to work out for six hours a day? Yikes! I did catch the part about portion control and life time commitments, I promise. But six hours? That is just mean!
